    I listed my home with alexandra in september; after only 3 viewings, we had a solid offer from a buyer and accepted it (with some minor conditions, including a lease-back while i negotiated for a new place in a different community.) We were in escrow in about a week, after inspections, and we closed escrow and finished the deal yesterday.

    From our first meeting, Alexandra clearly communicated with me about every aspect of the deal. This being my first time as a seller, she walked me through the process, gave excellent advice, coordinated with the buyer’s agent to resolve small issues, and kept me fully informed right through until the money was in my account.

    She was friendly, helpful, totally professional, and shared her knowledge freely. She was meticulous in her process and was everything i could ask for. By the time the transaction was completed, i felt i could trust her to be honest, capable, and to have my best interests in mind.
